Ugly Christmas sweaters!! There are so many hideous sweaters out there, but even more so at Christmas. With all the Ugly Sweater parties going on this time of year, I thought I`d show you a couple of my personal favourites!!  I will let the pictures do the talking!! Enjoy!!

COOLER!!

Losing yo your child at a video game when you're ACTUALLY trying!! I was playing a friendly game if NHL 11 this past weekend on XBox and she happened to score two fluke goals and I was unable to storm back for the victory.  She's 10. It's ridiculous and extremely embarrassing, but at least I can play it off as if I lost on purpose.....semi-heater? NOPE. UBER COOLER. I suck at life....and XBox apparently.... :)

Being done your Christmas shopping PRIOR to Christmas Eve!! This is the first year EVER that I have finished buying AND wrapping gifts before the 24th of December. I don't enjoy malls in the first place let alone with lines of people and everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off. NO THANKS!!

(the real reason is my fiance did most of the shopping and is actually wrapping as I type this. lol) HEATER!!

COOLER!!

HERE IS A COOLER BY MARCUS NOEL FROM OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA

I was standing at the bus stop and saw a guy driving down Ogilvie Road in an old, beat-up sh!t box (funny that I’m critiquing his car while I’m standing at a bus stop, but that’s a different story) with his head and half his body out the front window because he apparently didn’t have time to defrost the windows or more likely, his heat just doesn’t work at all. He wasn’t even being discrete about or trying to see out of his front windshield at all. Just full fledge, head hanging out the window for as far as I can see him. Traffic was sort of slow too so I was actually going to snap a photo on my Blackberry but it was so cold out my camera froze (cooler too)… Anyways the point of the story is starting your morning by getting into freezing cold car in the Winter and having to wait 15 mins for them to warm up is an uber COOLER!!!

HEATER!!

When the light turns green as you are approaching it!! I know it doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but I am not a fan of traffic or being stuck in traffic so the HEATER you catch when you suddenly get to cruise on through the intersection like your very own red carpet made of rock and white paint lines makes my day and I'm assuming everyone elses. They recently built a round-a-bout near my work, which was AWFUL as they were building it, but now knowing there's no red lights and just straight HEATERS everyday puts a big smile on my face!! :)

COOLER!!

Hearing someone yelling while you wait in the waiting room at the dentist!! I was at the dentist today for a cleaning and scaling which is fine, but I happened to hear a poor individual screeeeaming through the drilling sound. Such a COOLER. I've had a lot done to my teeth and NOTHING made me scream like this man. Maybe his pain tolerance is low or they were replacing every tooth in his mouth, either way....he'll be feeling it for awhile I'm sure. COOLER!!

Cool bus drivers!! As a child we all rode the big yellow machine and have both good and bad memories of it. Rushing to the back seat to be one of the “cool kids” or sitting on the “tire seat” and excessively jumping when you hit the school speed bumps for no reason at all. My fondest memory of riding the bus was when you scored a COOL bus driver. They’d joke around with you, know you all by name and were just a great person to be around. They would make taking the school bus, which is a pretty terrible experience, FUN. To all the bus drivers out there, both school and city, this HEATER is for you and those days you decide to make our days better!! HEATER!!

COOLER!!

On that note, I have to include the following COOLER. Missing your bus!! Once you graduate from the yellow bus you may have been one of the fortunate people who was able to score a student bus pass. This allowed you the freedom to ride that red and white limo all over town and not have to pay. The downfall was that the bus driver didn’t give 2 shits about you as you were a pesky teenager and would make the conscious effort to rip by you on those cold, rainy, snowy days and if you’re lucky might even send you a slush surprise for good measure. Missing the bus sucks, but to have the bus driver COOLER you for their own gratitude is just wrong! From HEATER to COOLER, smarten your ass up bus drivers! You affect us more then you think!

Work Potlucks!!! I am blessed to work with a boatload of fantastic cooks and a wide variety of cultured colleagues, so when we have potlucks for Thanksgiving, Christmas or even just to lift moral, it's always a feast to remember! Ship it!! That's all I got. It speaks for itself. HEATER!!

COOLER!!

Trying to celebrate Christmas in the Quarter Juif!! Our good friend Sean lives in Toronto and to save a few bucks he rents out a basement apartment for $700/month all inclusive and it happens to be in a strong Jewish community known as the Jewish Quarter. Now you have to understand, Sean is pretty much Kris Kringle when it comes to Christmas. He always has the goofy Santa hat on and even went as far as to put sleigh bells on his backpack last year when I saw him. Picture Kirby from Rudolph except he doesn't want to be a dentist. NOW picture this little elf walking through the Quarter Juif in all his splender to stares from all the residents!!! Makes me laugh hysterically, but DEFINITELY a COOLER for Sean. GG Christmas cheer.
